Have a few questions before calling Village 21 home? Our team aims to keep everyday life here simple from move-in day onward, and we want getting answers about our apartments in Nashville to feel just as easy. Below, you'll find information on touring, leasing, pets, parking, and more, organized by topic so you can jump straight to what matters most to you.
Tours & Visits
-
We'd love to show you around! Booking a tour as easy as choosing the option that suits you best: fill out the form on our website, schedule your visit online, or give us a call. Our team will be ready to welcome you and help you see our homes and shared spaces for yourself.
-
Applying online is simple. Head to the Floor Plans + Availability section of our website and use the filters to narrow down your options. When you find a home you like, select it to view the layout, enter your move-in date, and click "Apply." From there, you'll create an applicant account to complete the remaining steps. If you’d rather complete the application in person, just drop by our leasing office.
-
Having a few items ready ahead of time will make the process smoother. You'll need proof of income, plus at least one of the following forms of identification:
Driver's license or state ID, with the issuing state
Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number
Passport, noting the country it's from
Alien Registration Number
Please note that if you have a Social Security Number, you must provide it.
-
To qualify for one of our homes, your income must be at least three times the monthly rent.
-
Our lease terms range from 3 to 18 months, giving you plenty of flexibility to choose the length that best fits your plans. Whether you need a shorter stay or would like to settle in for a while, you'll find an option that suits you.
-
Getting to know each resident is part of how we take care of our community, which is why subleasing isn't permitted at Village 21.
-
Good news: renters' insurance isn't required here. We do enroll every resident in a building protection insurance plan, so that's one less item on your move-in checklist. If you'd like more information about the plan, our team is happy to share it.
-
We're glad you've chosen to stay with us! The process is simple: about 90 days before your lease is set to expire, we'll send over your renewal offer, so you have time to look everything over and decide what works best for you.
-
Village 21 is a market-rate community. If you have questions about your options, feel free to connect with our team, and we'll gladly help you find a home that fits your needs.
